The guide settings, specifically designed for large baitcasting reels, make them easier to use with electric reels like the Beastmaster series. The No. 6 is perfect for anglers using large baitcasting reels or electric reels to target yellowfin tuna, dragonfly tuna, and amberjack on expeditions, while the No. 8 is designed to provide a complete solution for big game anglers, from large tuna approaching Aomori and Hokkaido, expedition amberjack exposed to the complex currents of the Kuroshio Current, and even electric amberjack and deep-sea amberjack. The advantages of solid carbon blanks may only be fully utilized in extreme situations. Rather than relying on bending the rod to catch a target, the rod can be bent to its limits, allowing for aggressive fishing that takes advantage of the 6-foot length. We hope you enjoy the 2021 Renegade Expedition model, which has been updated with fUJI KWSG titanium frame SIC guides (25, 20, 16) on the butt end. It's also versatile enough to handle fish weighing around 1000g for super deep jigging over 600m. While it doesn't offer the same maneuverability as a high-rebound tubular carbon rod, its advantage in long fights with large fish is unmatched.
