Takami Technos Representative Uehara's comment: "In releasing this special edition MOZ, we selected a top-quality solid blank from Toray that emphasizes torque and tenacity. We've created a rod that maintains the MOZ concept. Because it's not a high-rigid pitch rod, it can also be used for live bait fishing and tuna float fishing. This 155cm short-length jigging rod is designed for aggressively targeting ultra-large bottom fish in the southern ocean and large amberjack. This is the ultimate MOZ series blank, refined by Takami Lens, and is a limited-edition production model of 20. It allows for rhythmic jerks even in areas with fast currents with a weighted jig, so despite its short length, it can handle a variety of lures and take on fish head-on. For vertical jigging, you can enjoy a pitch-one-jerk style with lures up to 1000g when jigging slowly, or around 500g when jigging fast. It features all-double-foot titanium SIC guides. This high-power rod is perfect for everything from remote island amberjack fishing to deep-sea amberjack. The heavyweight jig feels like it's resting on the body, giving you plenty of control over the jig. The Mozu 155 is the strongest Mozu rod that Takami Technos has ever reeled. The blank has also been specially tapered for 20 rods.
