TAKAMITECHNOS × AMBERJACK
No. 3 Last Edition
Current Model Discontinued
Only a Few "No. 3" Left.
The blanks for the current Renegade model, No. 3, are limited to a few remaining rods and will be discontinued.
No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 are scheduled for an update between 2026 and 2027. While maintaining the basic concept, they will evolve into more versatile performance to accommodate the latest jigging methods.
However, due to soaring material and solvent costs, the price of the next model is expected to increase significantly. This limited number of the current model is the last chance to purchase at the current price. Please consider this opportunity.

RENEGADE = Betray
To betray expectations in a good way, to be a rod that exceeds expectations. This sentiment is embodied in the name.
Amberjack strives to use all the rods it handles in the field and provides neutral impressions. Through this, I met Mr. Uehara, the builder at Takami Technos, used all MOZ series numbers extensively, and fell in love with solid carbon rods.
For Renegade, based on MOZ's LM (Low Modulus), I asked for the best "AJ store manager's preferred action," which has more butt power than typical LM and incorporates elements of HM. It's a rod where 【MOZ LM blanks are specially designed with a completely new taper, improving operability and allowing for aggressive bending without breaking】.
To improve sensitivity, which is a weak point of solid rods, 【Daiwa's AGS carbon guides】 are used for the two guides on the butt side. Furthermore, the grip features a thick 【large-diameter cork rubber grip】, which prevents slipping even when wet and improves durability. The color scheme is based on combat gray with red accents. Each rod is carefully assembled, a uncompromising HAND MADE IN OSAKA.
Mr. Uehara, the representative, and the store owner are still friends who go fishing and have fun together four times a year. They discuss the next interesting product development, based on their current inspirations. It's not just a business; pursuing themes that inspire each other leads to good directions. Mr. Uehara has grown Takami Technos into an iconic brand, so much so that when you think of solid carbon rods in Japan, you think of Takami Technos. Thank you always.
