We did not resort to "stopgap" solutions such as using a 25000-class body and simply enlarging the spool. Our priority was practicality in tuna casting. We thoroughly pursued the weight balance associated with increased size, achieving both precise, wobble-free full casting and smooth line release loops, on par with 20000 and 25000-class reels.

Minimizes Release Resistance of Thick Lines
Compared to the 25000-class's 85mm diameter, the 30000-class's diameter is only moderately increased to 90mm. Instead, it features a long spool design with a 10mm increase in height. This dramatically reduces the loop size during release, even when using ultra-thick PE12 and PE15 lines, minimizing interference with rod guides and casting resistance.
POWERDRIVE ROTOR
Light cranking that belies its extra-large size
A unique rotor shape that pursues a rational spherical form, maximizing high rigidity and minimizing moment of inertia (low inertia).
