Production period for custom orders
After ordering, we require a production period of 4 to 6 months.

About cancellations
For product cancellations after order confirmation, a 30% cancellation fee of the product price will be charged. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Repair support
As this is a custom rod, it does not come with liability compensation. All repairs other than initial defects will be subject to a fee.
Shipping and delivery fees
Since the packaging size of this product exceeds the standard for regular express delivery, it will be delivered by [Sagawa Express: Hikyaku Large Parcel].
